Pizza Pie Usseln in Willingen

One of the best pizzerias I know. Especially the homemade pasta and the schnitzel are awesome. It is not without reason that this restaurant lives mainly from the locals.

We have been coming as family, with dogs and friends for years. Never been disappointed - no matter what was ordered.

Have ordered something to pick up. Everything was great and delicious. Unfortunately, a special request was not taken into account with the pasta (without spinach). Otherwise everything was great.

We stopped at the pizzeria yesterday because we were hungry. About half past one with 4 adults, 3 children and dog welcome. Service was completely OK, and there was nothing to complain about about the food. Well-topped pizzas and delicious homemade pasta with a tasty sauce. In terms of price completely within the framework. If we go back to the Sauerland on vacation, this is definitely an option for an Italian meal.

Great kitchen, respect. Fast service with a good mood and humor. Reservations are definitely the order of the day! We'll be back when we're in the region.

Delicious eaten! We chose the "surprise" antipasta, which was a delicious combination of all kinds of Italian delicacies from the land and from the sea. Highly recommended, we will be having lunch here more often in the coming days. Top!

To repeat - but now for the last time. Unfortunately for the second time we caught the unfriendly, "old" man ... I've never seen anything like it. Snooty, arrogant and cheeky. We should do the math ourselves ... may be because he may not have mastered it. It also has nothing to do with whether you have different customs in other countries! , this is where the waiters / restaurant clerks calculate the amount for the customer. This is customer service !!! He was also very rude to our children - which I don't know from Italians.

We had to wait about an hour for food even though we were in the restaurant with a small child who had to go to bed. All other guests were served before us even though we had been there for a longer time. In addition, several dishes were served to-go while we had to wait. Then a wrong dish came and the waiter discussed with me that I probably ordered the wrong one. Unfriendly staff The food also didn't taste very good.

We made a reservation at 7:00 PM and arrived at the restaurant at that time. Our table was not ready yet and we had to wait. The service was unfriendly. She was curt and unkind. The food was tasty but nothing special.

At 1420h we sat on the terrace with four people (was quite full) to eat and drink something. After about 10 minutes an arrogant little man arrived, gesturing and tapping his watch. "Wir haben pause from 1430 Uhr bis zum 17 Uhr" ...... if we just wanted to leave quickly. Asked "Can Sie kein earn money?" He didn't understand - what a customer unfriendly and arrogant gang!

Arrogant and disinterested service (2 men) nevertheless 2 stars for the food because that was fine otherwise I would do the cook short.

Due to a mistake in the kitchen, the dishes were not served at the same time. Having a nice meal together passed his goal. Personnel apologized for this. Can happen, but too bad. The food was tasty. Good price, quality ratio.

When, after waiting enough, I said we'd like to order, was the boss's annoyed answer? (In my opinion, no employee can afford such bad, cheeky, bored and incompetent behavior) "me too". When I asked after about 60 minutes whether we would still get food because my child was almost starving, he replied "The store is full. What do they expect?" During this time, however, very, very many people who picked up food were served first. We then smell about 50-60 more minutes until my food has been served. The communication of the guy in the shirt to the customers, I feel, continues to be like a millionaire who does not need to deal appropriately with his customers. The waiters were good. The food was pretty good too, but my appetite was gone. So in the end I thought that knowledge, education and diplomacy are wealth, in no case owning a pizzeria.

Great Italian vibe, good food, good and quick service. I enjoyed my cassata ice cream very much, it was a long time ago that I had some. Can recommend the place.

Always a great success to eat here again in the Pizza Pie in Usseln. The menu is very extensive and besides pizza you can also order pastas and a tasty steak. It is always busy, so booking is really desirable and the prices are favorable !! Recommended if you are in the region!

At the time who was the good old personnel there (about 2006 to 20010) was the food very good! I loved the pizza and the salads. Nowadays decrease the food quality continuous. Very pity :/

Unfortunately a big disappointment. - Ordered a Grill plate which contained an nearly rear beef which had clearly been took from the deep freezer and didn't get the time to defrost properly. One side was actually fully rear. The other meat on the plate was overdone and dry. The rice, peas and tomatoesauce combination was clearly coming from some kind of reheating process. (Te rice tasted like everything) - My pregnant wife was pointed at the entry -upon her asking a baby seat for our 2 year old child- without any attempt to be of any assitance to her to get the seat into place. - Somehow our attempts to actually place orders got to be an effort; the waiters didn't seem to be the least eager to take an order. - On delivery of tea and coffee the hot tea was inexpertly handed out straight over the head of our 2 year old. I guess they either don't have children of their own or never considered any third, second of first degree burns on infants. It's an inexpensive restaurant and you get rewarded with uptight personnell that is looking long at you hoping to leave immediately after eating the mains and reheated food. Do yourself a favor and buy a steak at the Lidl or Aldi and microwave it; you'll most likely get better serving, less chance of injuries and better food. If you want a good restaurant in the neighbourhoor, walk 30 meters back to Restaurant Kupferpfanne which has a pretty good Angus steak with their own garlic sauce served.
